again! hmm.. life is so busy.. being a k.p, seriously its not something easy. but, being a k.p u cannot have the feeling of regret and u cannot show to other ppl that u r tired or u cant do it. u cannot show to the others ur
kelemahan becoz ppl will lose their confidence or respect on you. besides that, ppl will doubt ur capabilities. n its not good. once ppl doubt ur capabilities, ppl wont trust u as someone who can lead them.
i'm trying my best so that ppl will be happy with my decision. but, its kinda sad wen ppl said something bad bout u. more over, its someone u really know. nyway, i'm ready for all dat. its not easy to make a decision which everyone will agree.. being a leader, if u cant make a decision. is dat wat u call a leader? no.
pemimpin yang baik adalah apabila pengikutnya sentiasa berada bersama ketuanya. jgn campur emosi dgn kerja. yup. i believe dat. no matter wat ppl did anything bad to u, take it as a challenge.
yup. i just need ur full support. dats all! not more than dat.sigh. there will be a rehearsal for plncrn bulan patriotik tmrw.. sigh. my first task as a leader.. wee~ i haf to enjoy doing it although the person u gonna work with is someone dat u haf lose the respect to him. who cares. as long as i do my best! :)
